Foldshot is a camera app published by Officeball. Buying and using it is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app sold on the App Store.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use Foldshot on devices you own or control. The one-time unlock adds the remaining six effects, the per-effect adjustments and clip recording. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your photos are yours
Everything you shoot with Foldshot belongs to you. Officeball claims no rights over it, never receives it, and has no way to see it.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
About the device
Foldshot drives an effect from the angle of your device. It does not measure that angle and makes no claim about its accuracy. Foldshot's default gesture is a gentle bend of about fifty degrees and it never asks you to fold the device quickly or repeatedly. How you use your hardware is between you and its manufacturer.
No warranty
Foldshot is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Officeball is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
